new pattern, new dresses

This month i was working with a new pattern for the big girls, and i find it quite versatile just by using different fabrics and accessories.
so i made this three gardening girls dresses, attached with a lovely rose lace as apron. the pattern is the same as the one posted earlier this month, yet they feel totally different, well, at least for me :D

i love all three of them! (the dresses AND the girls haha)

 I really love them, they look darling on middie and odeco! I plan to do some more gingham checked dresses with different stamp motives.

Meanwhile, I also finished little beaded mama pig.

 Became my new mobile phone charm.

*preparing for spring, pt 2

another pair of spring inspired dresses is available at my etsy shop )
i have been a good girl and my muse has kissed me again. Yay!
And it feels great to get back to crafting. i have already several things and plans in my mind and look forward to realize them soon. plus: a few not yet finished projects that wait for me.

Another positive effect: i get some dolls out to play with for whom i had not much time recently. Oh, doesn´t Middie Blythe look cute? I like those colourful dresses so much on her! Hope we can get out to play in the sun soon!

we are still deep in winter with minus degrees eachs day and lots of snow,
but nevertheless: Time to bring some warm and colourfuls items inside!
i made two new dresses with cute yellow fabrics and they looks so cute on both
Middie Blythe and Odeco/'Usaggie!!

60´s style petticoat dresses

Odeco dress

This week I made a new dress for my sweet Odeco girl. In fact, that's the first dress she owns at all, shame on me. I know, I can't provide enough clothes for all my girls, in the end I like shopping for myself too much ;)
Anyway, do you remember the fabric? It's from my last shopping spree in Frankfurt with Blythe friend Alva. I have to visit this fabric store soon again, luckily a chance is opening for a visit in February :)

Finally my
Toys field:Kuma told me her true name: *Mallon (which also seems to be some kind of Australian lobster if you google the name, but there is no family relation to *Mallon really).
For that special event she received a dress from me, which is not yet finished and just a prototype but already looks so cute on her!
The fabric is from my latest fabric shopping spree with a good Blythe friend of mine :)

*dress for Petite Blythe and Wanda

yesterday i finally managed to finish two dresses which i started last month.

first one is for Petite Blythe. I already made one for Petites with this fabric which was not more than a scrap.
However there is place for a last tiny dress from it. So maybe a third one will follow someday.

 This Petite Blythe has her first showing off in picture today. She is a Petite Aztec Arrival which i bought to customize, but ... oh well.... i sooo suck in it. Not that i can´t properly do it, but once i hold a stock girl in my hands, i adore them so much, that i just can´t come over me to touch the sweet faces anymore. So she will stay stock as all the other Petite Girls in my family.

Second dress i finished is bee dress for Wanda Wonder Frogs. To the simple crochet dress i added some colourful beads and this cute bee appliquee which is actually a cute little sticker from Accessorize.
The dress is also quite cute looking on Middie Blythe, but i have no picture of it yet.

*octopus love

i try to get more crafty again, so this month first project is this little octopus

A cute and fast little project. I am unsatisfied with the eyes however. But i didn´t have any pearls or similar beads at my hands the time i finished him. He is now inhabitating my bathroom. :)

*felted sheep

as promised, i have made a few more dresses for the frogs the last week. but first, i had a long promised comission to complete:
this is the easter present for Mr. P

this sheep has been wet and needle felted. the body encloses a stone which has been wet felted, the head and everything else is needle felted and secured with a few stiches to the body. because of the weight of the stone, she is really stable to stand and can also be used as a paper weight or even as a door stopper. you can´t tell it by the picture, but she is actually quite big and heave.
the wool comes from Alpinen Steinschafen, which is an endangered and old breed of farm animals in the Alps, especially in Bavaria and Austria. i purchased them from our local farmers market.

isn´t she cute? haha! i have the feeling a whole herd of smaller sheeps will follow soon!

*Wanda and Middie dresses

after a long break it seems for me, i finally crotcheted two new dresses for the shop.
 They are fully crotched, fit to slip in with no closure in the back.

 

 made for Wonderfrog, i figured out they fit Middie Blythe quite well too!
The blue ribbon is recyled rement ribbon attached with fabric glue. i thought something was missing on the dress until i found them. i only had two of them, so this will be only two dresses with them.
Hope you like them, they will be listed in the shop this evening.

 one week left before university starts again. planning to make a few more etsy listings.

*Wonderfrog All-in-One-Piece

Today, i made this cute All-in-One-Piece/Trousers/Salopette
This is only a prototype made out of felt and some ribbons and lace but i already love it so much. And Merry loves bright summer colours!

You see, Pluie got a tiny little new skirt. it´s fitting her very well.

With new clothes, Merry and Pluie went out and took a walk.

*Yukari - Pyon Pyon Odeco

Hi my friends. I am so excited to finally introduce Yukari to you! She is my first Odeco girl and i am really surprised how photogenic these dolls are. At first i thought i wouldn´t be able to bond with her, but after dressing her up, this girl makes my dolls wishlist growing again.

i made her this little strawberry chocolate cute outfit yesterday and she loves it. What do you think about the little hat? It is supposed to be some kind of strawberry chocolate candy but it might be took for sth else....haha
maybe adding some brown chocolate from below of the hat too would change this feeling?
