*monchhichi

when we went to Usedom, i made a cute little fleemarket find.

i won´t start collecting monchhichis by now, but i thought
this little fellow would be a nice companion for my dolls.
It is a 1974 Sekicuchi Monchhichi.
I had one when i was still a little kid, but it got missing
through the years.
Or maybe i sold it at a fleamarket myself once?

Her name is MochaMocha.
Of course she is a girl!

*Dear Lele Girl

She arrived!
Finally she arrived!

After long two weeks, while she was hold back by the customs,
the postman brought her on saturday morning, 9 o´clock.
Luckyly Mr. P was around. We just woke up and i didn´t want
to open the door undressed as i was, just in my pajamas....
i would have died if i had to wake another 4 long days to hold her! ^_~
I wasn´t sure about that girl when i first saw her promo pics.
Actually i participated in the lottery just for fun.
But now... she´s gorgeous!
She has the softest hair i have ever touched.
And her scent reminds me of the barbies i had, when i was still a kid.
Is that strange? Lol.

She is still missing a name though.
i thought about "Annerl".... the bavarian affectionate form for Anne.
Because she fits so perfectly into this picture i took at Königssee, a beautiful spot in the alps.
But i am not sure about it yet. will still think about some more names.

*mori girl

i made a new outfit for the LB swap with Alva. She wished for some natural, brown colours and i was really happy i still had this lovely fabric scrap at home, which i bought several years ago in Japan.
i like the softness in it and the little flowers still give it a feeling of spring although the main colours consists of light brown.

I created a little crochet collar for it and a hat, matching with the colours of the dress.
Mademoiselle Poulette de Popinet was so pleased with it, she didn´t want to let it go. *laugh*
i am very happy with the result, and could gladly sent it out to Alva.
Hopefully it will arrive soon!

*greetings from Usedom

Mr. P, Merry and me spent a wonderful weekend at Usedom, a little island in the baltic sea, connected directly to Poland. The island has long and pretty sand beaches, which are popular tourist spots. Unfortunately, the sun wasn´t shining that weekend, but we had a great time nevertheless.
